Have you shut off your touchpad? If your hands hit the touchpad while you're typing, it will make your cursor go crazy. It's supposed to not happen if you have TouchGuard on, but it doesn't always work.

Yeah, I thought I did that a long time ago but it still acted up and I got so sick of it. So today I had to contact Dell about another problem and I mentioned it and they installed TouchGuard for me and it seems to be working. I was having a problem with Dell Support Assist and they had to take over my laptop to fix it, I hate having to let them do that.
