My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Fireplace Redesign

Took out the brick and replaced with stone to ceiling. Hated the grout so I used flat paint to transform it!

    Beautiful work!

    The fireplace looks much more refined and updated but has maintained its warmth. The contrast of the light stone against the dark walls provides a rich, striking look!

      I used 2 shades of off white FLAT paint. I stippled it on with a large brush. The stone had enough gold I just highlighted it.

      Thanks Elizabeth, I'm thinking about doing something similar to my red brick fireplace. On my screen, it looks like you went from a gold fireplace to one that brings out more pink tones. Anyway, it's gorgeous!
