building a new home & need to decide soon if I want a Matt or eggshell finish on walls. painting all interior walls Benjamin Moore # 1472 Silver Chain & all trim white (looking at BM Super White or Simply white - thinking semi gloss). I'm hesitant to use eggshell finish because of the difficulty in touch ups . would appreciate advice. btw we have 5 great grandchildren from 5 months to 8 years old so touching up walls with certainty be necessary.
