If it is like Eden Climber, it will take several years before it really blooms, and its spring bloom will be its biggest bloom. My Eden Climber does put out some blooms periodically in later summer and in autumn, but not a very heavy bloom. Some people complain that they get only the spring bloom.

What I'm telling you is that if White Eden is like Eden, you will need patience--but when it does bloom, it puts out the most beautiful blooms--if it is like Eden.

It can have a few spells of blackspot problems, but nothing terrible.

If it is like Eden, you will need to arrange it on or around whatever you are using for it to climb on. Eden's cane are not very pliable when it gains maturity, so plan ahead while the canes are young and still pliable.

Yes, Kate is correct - White Eden acts identical to Eden. It provides a beautiful, long spring flush and a smaller flush (sometimes) in the summer. I would recommend purchasing a grafted plant, if possible. I purchased mine as a large 5 gallon potted plant and it took off its first year.

Dave- are there any other roses that you know of that look like white Eden or compliment it? I’m lining my pool fence with it and figured I need 5 bushes. I bought 3 white Eden’s today, it was on sale, I couldn’t resist. I’m deciding between going bsck for 2 more, or alternating with another rose that blooms more frequently that can blend in, hmmm

Yes, thanks. I returned all but PIPE. I exchanged for white Eden and plan on mixing in another white rose with similar colors to keep flowers blooming all summer

Have you looked into any of the Kordes Arborose roses?I read very good things on them and they have a couple in the colours you desire. My current pale pink and blush climbers are Cl. Clotilde Soupert (under my eaves to avoid balling), New Dawn and Awakening, Blossomtime and Setina (a deeper pink), Dream Land and numerous Hybrid Musks that will also climb. I can't comment on their rebloom as they are all new.
