My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This fixture is US-Damp Rated. For use in bathrooms. Also, please keep in mind that it is not the fixture that is dimmable it is the bulb that dims. Incandescent bulbs are dimmable but, when using LED you must purchase them as dimmable because they come both ways.
