the fiance and I are transforming half of our backyard carriage house into a hang-out-party-house.

We painted the work desk and drawers white and kept the same handles. Fiance put a counter top on. Now we are stuck at how to proceed with the walls.
above the work desk/bar we are thinking brick, but can't decide on what to do for the walls...leave em?...paint them?...drywall?

I am thinking we should leave the joints exposed on the ceiling and maybe paint that, but other than that not sure. The wall to the right (when looking in through doors) with nothing on it was already "done" and we may just put a fresh coat of paint but what about the rest?
