My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the top made of and what are the dimensions for the overhang?

    The island top is of pine wood. Here are the measurements for the overhang.

    On each side of the island from left to right is 1"

    The back of the island where you can sit is 9"

    The front of the island where the sliding doors are is 2"
