You have a lot of warm colors in the room (orange, red). I would balance it with grays and light blues, like the colors you have in your single seat/pillows.

I would start with a rug with hints of red, Or go neutral with some gray. Your walls seem to beige to me, and kind of dark. Maybe get some samples of some light greige colors.

Paint is supposed to compliment the fabrics and textiles in your room. What about a color from the chair and pillows? Maybe just a tint of it, not the entire saturation.

Or just gray, gray is neutral color and goes good with any one.

I did not shopping for rugs, I got all online just for an ideas.

Can the chair come out of the corner now? It promised it would be good.

I wouldn't go with those grays that celerygirl shows (sorry, celery). Too stark. Consider warm neutrals instead, beiges and tans.

Warm neutrals instead of cool.

i removed the rugs i put up but am confused, those are the colors in the room? what did you want to do?

It looks like you need a rug, artwork, and some accessories. Here are some ideas from some designs of ours that might interest you.
