My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

aromatics in PBF

I picked up a few bags of timberline PBF to mix up 5-1-1

They all have a distinct pine aroma to them, much more than I recall the product usually having.

I am concerned about these aromatics (terpenes, or whatever it is), and the effect on plant roots.

Why did previous bags of the PBF not have a strong pine aroma? Will ageing the product reduce the terpenes?
