Consider the orientation of your bar with your plans to use the space. Will people end up turned around or sitting sideways trying to see a TV or join a conversation? That's usually how people end up sitting at a bar in homes I've been in with that set-up. It looks like you're going to have a lot of dead space between the bar and wine closet also.

Depending on how much you expect to use the basement bedroom, consider removing the door to the bathroom to allow you a better layout and eliminate the straight on view of the toilet from the bedroom. Some of the layout whizzes on here may be able to help with that.
