I would really like some advice on this renovation. We are basically changing everything from ceilings to walls. So I would like some ideas on paint colors. Kitchen, den and dining rooms will all be open. But the kitchen is in the middle of the house. Next to it will be a game room with a pool table. All on one level with many windows looking out to the backyard with a pool.
We have a architect for inside and outside.
Part of the house is on a slab and the other a crawl space.
The outside of the house will not be changed much. Maybe just the front door area.
I currently have a home with darker colors and cabinets. Custom walnut kitchen cabinets and antique dark oak flooring.
So I would like to go Way lighter !
Please note one of the fireplaces will be gone and the other one will be totally changed.
I’m not big on to much color with things that are permanent.
Help ! Also ceiling will be higher.
