Could you kindly share details reg hood installation. Haven't seen this design before - here in the States everyone shows off their stainless steel hoods, but I so prefer your simpler style. Is it a specific brand for the hood? and any info that a contractor would need to know in order to incorporate this design - looks like the oven /range must be recessed quite a bit. thanks so much.
