Is this crabgrass or something else?

Any thoughts on whether this is just plain old crabgrass or something else? I hit it once with Weed b gone plus crabgrass killer about a week ago and it's barely making a dent. Not sure if I need more doses, more concentrated quinclorac, or something different if it's not crabgrass...

It is not crabgrass. It is a grass, though, so killing it without killing the rest of the grass will require better identification. What grass do you have?

looks like coarse non turf type fescue.

Looks like Kentucky-31 fescue. I have it in my lawn and personally hate the way it looks, which is why I've been getting rid of it with RoundUp and reseeding. However, it does have its advantages. It's pretty drought tolerant and stays green with little/no watering.
