Could this be Prosperity?

It also looks like Princesse de Nassau in some pictures at times.

The thorns are hooked and bright magenta when tender.

I don't have pictures of the habit, but it pretty much looks like a climber or rambler, there are main shoots from which the canes sort of arch outwards.

The fragrance is very mellow, like talcum powder or baby products, sometimes sugary; you have to get close to smell it outside, but once in a room it gets everywhere overnight.

The calyxes are often squarish and long. They're also glandular, along with peduncles and sepals.

It seldom makes hips, they are round, maybe a little flattened (like a blueberry) about a quarter inch wide. I've collected them olive green and orange tinged, usually there's only a single large seed or up to 3.

The flowers can come quilled or very cupped, almost "englishy", even.

The sepals are fringed and short most of the time.

The buds are a shell pink, salmon or rosy tint, but normally they open fully ivory, rarely there may be a few small magenta strokes, or the undersides of the petals will retain a little bit of the pink.

Check out the zigzag-y bud eyes right below the flowers.

I realize the pictures are a bit repetitive, with just flowers, but maybe the different angles and description can help. Thanks in advance!
