Hi Christy. You shouldn't have this problem, as long as you purchase a shower curtain designed to fit a clawfoot tub. Take a look at the shower curtains and liners on our site. They have magnets around the bottom, which prevent the curtain from blowing around and water splashing outside the tub during a shower.

Love the shiplap, just the entire bathroom and also had the same question about the tub! I'd love to do a separate shower but I just don't think we have enough room so I think we're force to having the shower with this tub, I won't give up the old claw foot tub :)
