Roots look quite good in photo #2. Is that after or before your trip? You said you watered well before leaving and plant is in well draining pot - is it in a cachepot? Did you drain any excessive water before leaving it in it?

It may need slightly bigger pot, and Haws often have quite a big/long roots so deeper pot may help (but not absolutely necessary).

Offsets grow naturally, and typically they should not cause any problems for plants.

It doesn't look seriously troubled to me, just a little pot-bound which is actually better for it right now because the summer heat is going to make it slow down significantly (I'm assuming you are in the northern hemisphere). If this was my plant, I would wash out that heavy soil and replace it with pumice but even I would wait until the weather cools down in mid-autumn. Disturbing it now will just add stress to it (easy enough to deal with, if you're familiar with the species but can be tricky if not).

If the temperature on that window does not go over 25C, water it lightly every week. If it gets hotter than that, just leave it alone and don't wake it up until it cools down in autumn. Haworthias also do better with a rather drastic temperature drop at night so if your night temp does not go below 20C, you can safely assume it is at least semi-dormant.

Morning sun is fine. Rotate it occasionally to keep it evenly-sunned. Also, haworthias easily recover from dehydration but not from over-watering. So erring on the side of too dry is better than too wet.

The photos have all been taken today, it is in a cache pot, but I always water it in the morning then empty excess water by nightfall.

Its good to know about the offsets, thankyou! I’m just so concerned about how the leaves aren’t filling like the used to, whenever I watered it the leaves would swell and look beautiful and now they seem to be not taking in the water
