yes. although those leaves are more serrated than around my house it has the tell tale thumb...
here's a couple pics from around my garden...super hard to get rid of. I get a rash on my forearms every year pulling it, no matter how hard I try not too.

I think that's raspberry or blackberry - poison ivy leaves are usually not as serrated, like Rachel above said!

It looks like there are thorns on the branches. If thorns, its a berry, not poison ivy.

Looking closer you can see the green raspberries. Interestingly, my poison ivy and raspberries grow together around my apple trees so look carefully.

Public service announcement: I've used a product over the years for alleviating poison ivy infection. It is called Zanfel and is practically a miracle cream! It removes the itch on contact (you have to rub it in and rinse off). It does have to be repeated a couple of times per day depending on how bad it is. It's a little pricey but worth it. Found it cheapest at Walmart.

I'll have to check Zanfel out, we use Tecnu which sounds similar and is very effective.

I bought my first tube of Zanfel over 15 years ago and it lasted about that long! You don't need to put on as much as they want you to, but then again if I did maybe it would go away faster. I had to get another tube a couple of months ago as I got some pretty bad rashes. There seems to be some other products out there like you mention but I haven't tried them.
