What are your wants/needs? What size is the house you are adding onto? Most importantly what is your budget. Decisions should not be made in a vacuum.

How big is the master closet?

As big as you want it. You give us no info so how can we judge. What pieces do you have for furniture , a king or queen bed do you plan a walk in closet or dressers need to go in the space all this has an effect on how large the room needs to be.

right now the master bedroom is a 28 by 14 that includes walk-in closet bathroom and bedroom. what we are looking for is to have a king size bed with plenty of room a sitting area also with the bathroom to have a separate tub and shower with a nice-sized walk-in closet the problem that we're having we seeing a lot of pictures of rooms that we like but don't know the measurements of the room 60000 budget

Contact some builders who do renovations and tell them what you want to accomplish and ask them to give you a ball park figure. I think you are going to find that what you want and what your budget is, isn't going to give you everything you want. Good luck.
