My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Those were created and patented by a local DC contractor that we utilized. If you are in the DC area, we would be happy to refer you to this contractor. Otherwise, we are sorry to say, you will have to wait until their national release.

    I'm assuming the motors are hard wired in, but do you make the racks out of wood? Also, the netting and the strapping along with the pulley and take up reel system. Is that something you can buy or do you just make it yourself.
