tiling the front bay of my semi

Hi All,

So i am about to have my front windows replaced as well as the tiling In the front bay. The colour of the tiles are a very bright red at the moment, and I am looking to change the colour. The trouble is, I don’t really know much about exteriors and especially front bays as I’ve never had it replaced.

i have had a few sample Tiles delivered which one of them matches my current main roof which is an option, but the more I look at similar houses the more I see that the bays shouldn’t match the roof which My head is now in a spin.

Can anyone help ?

If I understand you correctly, you are asking if the roof tiles should match. I would have them match and let the door and windows be the main features. I can't see a color difference from the picture you posted, due to the sun's angle.

Now, if you are talking about the material between the two bay windows on the left, please provide a better picture and maybe a picture of a neighbor house with the two tone you described.

If you are discussing the band of what looks like shingles between the first and second floor bay windows I would lean toward a slate grey... More photos would help...

Hi all,

Thanks for your replies. Yes I mean the tiling between the 2 front bays. I have taken some additional pictures of some of the sample tiles and I have been given. For some reason I don’t think any of them would be an improvement from what I already have - I am hoping for some inspiration of you guys. I will also get some neighbour pictures tomorrow to post.
