How can I help my nepenthese?

So, I stayed with daughter in the hospital for a month, and when I came home, my nepenthese looked like this. I know they aren't keen to any change, and I guess my hubby didn't care for them quite the way I do, or much at all. ;) I have only had them about 5 months, and never had a brown pitcher before, but now I have only dead brown pitchers. Clearly these pitchers are done for, so can I trim them off? And what can I do to promote new leaf growth so I can get more pitchers? Should I be feeding them anything? They were doing so well without feedings, that I have never tried any. What can I do to prevent these damaged leaves and dried out pitchers in the future? Also, my house doesn't have a lot of light, how do they do in artificial light? They are currently in my well-lit kitchen, but all of the window light in my home is indirect and the skies are usually overcast gray . I live in hot, highly humid Korea, but we also have wicked winters, so I have had them inside as long as they have been mine. Thanks! P.S. Crescent rolls arre for scale.
