You don't say what it is....a drawing? objects cut out and put on a fabric background? A print?
the symbols are based on Native American Southwesten pictographs. If S Frezza is the artist...i don't find him on, line.

The only suspect I found is Sally Frezza, a live person. She has the credentials to make the piece you have, although her background is commercial. She resides in Perth, Australia. This is a very long shot in the dark.

You may want to find out if those symbols have meaning. There are online pictorial guides of native American symbology. The two headed lizard and the two headed thunderbird...and...a weird turkey?

another shot in the dark -- the designs remind of of some pre Columbian art and the turkey has some elements I've seen in Innuit art ...

I have been thinking it is tourist type stuff or similar to décor items that Hobby Lobby used to sell especially with that frame. When I visited my SD in New Mexico many of the places would have something like this to sell as Native American Art even when it was not made in the US or Mexico.
