If you left it as is, it sounds like it may get minimal use.

Are you saying the "space" is minimal (tiny spot that you could convert to usable)? Or are you saying the "use" is minimal (3-5 times per YEAR it will be used)? Or are you saying both the space and the use are "minimal"?
