Nice one, I have seen similar clone many years ago but it wasn't that patchy, more like full white or green sectors. If you have a cutting to trade I can offer black, silver and/or lemon maranta (the first two very decorative and hard to find) and/or tiger boston fern.

Ebay is the best place to find Variegated Monsteras. There are currently quite a few cutting up for auction, I actually have one up myself. I find that most are offered there because the seller can get the best price. There is also a Variegated Adansonii up, but that thing is $$$. Both are awsome plants and well worth the price once they put out new leaves, each one is a suprise!
