Michelle, your measurements are incomplete, so here's a close guess. You don't have space for an island, but a mobile cart might work.

I know a corner appliance wastes space (black area), but putting the range in the corner would get it on the same counter as the sink, and if you leave a positive reveal on the sink, you could have a cutting board made to fit, to give you more counter space in the prep zone. I included an undersink trash pull-out, if the plumbing will accommodate it.

Except for the cabinet above the DW, there are no upper cabinets. I drew a shallow open shelf to the right of the sink window, to balance the cabinet on the other side. I didn't draw the MW--it could go in a drawer beside the fridge, or be incorporated into the pantry cabinet. Click to enlarge:

BTW, I think your kitchen is charming as is, except for the hike to the range. :)

Looks like you basically have a 12x16 room. I'd be inclined to partition off a 6x12 section (or whatever it is out to the end of the tile) of the back door area directly under that beam and make it a laundry room/pantry. Then you'd have a horse-shoe shaped kitchen with a door into your laundry, and put your dining area where the pink chair is.
