Hello, We planted the bush last October in Omaha, NE USA zone 5b. It is about 20" tall. It has sun about five hours a day, so it's not in "full sun". The pale green upper leaves concern me. I don't know that we need the fence, but we've had trouble with the rabbit population. Thank you.
