My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The arm keeps falling off the base?

Hello,
I bought this item a few months ago and the arm now keeps falling off the base. I love the look of this but am frustrated by constantly having to place it back in the base. Do you have any suggestions as to how to remedy this or has anyone else had this problem? Thanks, Beth Olson

    We have had no previous issues with this item. There is a set screw at the bottom of the inside of the post that locks the arm on. This screw may be lose. If this does not solve the issue we will be glad to send you a replacement.
