I just assembled three out of the six bar stools I ordered and I can’t adjust the height. I made sure to remove the black cap as instructed but still they won’t adjust up. The adjustable knob on the side just hits against the metal base without doing anything. And in all of the customer pics it doesn’t look like any of them are higher than the lowest level. Should I return these?
