Ilike large format porcelain tile on both the main floor and the shower walls I do not like wood grain tiles on shower walls they make no sense and IMO wood grain tile will be dated before long.. I like 12 x 24 tile on both and a matching smaller tile for the shower floor.If you want then an accent tile in a vertical strip can be added and that that same tile used for the backsplash at the vanity I like a simple look where you can add accessories in different colors when ever you want a change. The fewer grout lines in a shower the better sam as on the floor.choose a grout close to the same color as the tile. Definately not all those tiles mixed and BTW you can do porcelai tile that looks like marble. I might also add that espresso colored cabinets are already a dated look.
