It is possible this plant is Pineapple Poll, but the leaves are very light green, PP has much darker leaves. PP also has red pets in the spring, and even more waviness to the leaves when it's mature. This could be a young honeybells. What color are the flowers? That can help narrow the options. Whatever it is, it's growing very well and looks good.

Could be a seedling. The Pineapple family has only 4-5 vein pairs, and I think I'm seeing more like 6-7 here. I note that it put itself right next to the tree, where you would be unlikely to have planted it.

Well ... I guess it is honeybells :-) I think I just really wanted it to be something different.

I agree with dheaven- I like the wheeping growth over the rocks.
