I have been trying to ID This hosta for years

This blue, rugose hosta is an old one planted years ago. I have gone between thinking it's an Abiqua Drinking Gourd, to Love Pat and back to ADG. It does not have it's flower scapes yet, but I recall the flower being white or near white. The leaves do hold water after a big rain. Help!

My ADG in bloom. It is about 5 years old, perhaps half of its leaves are cupped, and its blooms are very erect on a thick strong stem and all white. In zone 4b (Minneapolis area 45th parallel) it bloomed at the end of June.

Could be Deep Blue Sea.

Thanks MadPlanter, but my Hosta Encyclopedia say DBS has a violet flower, mine has a white or near white one. Thanks for trying!

Clear Fork River Valley has near white flowers...but I'm not sure, mine is too small to compare and it often is a question of location too :-)

Big Daddy. It's an older blue variety. It also has near white flowers.

For comparison here is Love Pat.

Pic was taken a week ago just starting to bloom. The blooms stay just above the foliage.

ADG and LP are the obvious choices, but if it's been around for a quite some time, it could very well be Sea Lotus Leaf. This one was available through the 1990s, but was not in wide distribution. It also has near white flowers.

After reading all of your info and looking at pictures, it looks more like LP which is much bluer and looks closer in size to the one I have. However, it sits very close to root of an old lilac tree. That may be inhibiting it's growth. Don't know. Would love to move it to better location, I am not sure when to do that. Advice? I will also checkout SLL as it has been in my garden since the mid 90s.
