Thanks all! The small space is a desk- we will move our desktop computer out there so we can monitor what the kids are doing when they are on the computer. The drawers are built-in file cabinet. The large cupboard to the left of the TV is where our printer is housed. We also have a built-in cupboard for our paper shredder/small wastebasket. Upper cupboards have push-to-open latches so we aren't brained by something falling in case of an earthquake.

Tons of storage I'm sure you will enjoy.

@betsyjustis - It was a custom build so we could maximize our storage and get things just the way we wanted them. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted/needed.

@sebutler - 9' tall, 213" across approx., cost varies greatly depending on companies. If you're interested in having it done, I'd recommend meeting with at least three different cabinet makers for bids for your space. We found their estimates varied widely. We also hired a painter rather than do it ourselves and added two electrical outlets which increased the cost. I'd rather not disclose the specifics of what we paid to do ours.

Bottoms are 24" deep and tops are 15" (not including the door) deep.
