Do any of you have an app you like for project management (keeping track of all of the homeowner tasks & decisions) and tracking expenses & budget?

It's easy to over-spend on fixtures & supplies for a new house (especially at HOme Goods & HOme Depot!), so I'd like to keep track of what I'm spending.

If you use a spreadsheet, did you download a template online, or create your own? I'm considering using a spreadsheet, but if I use an app, I can easily share it with my hubby & see dashboards w/summaries.
