Gaggenau CX491610, Thermador CET366TB or Thermador CIT365TB

Hi,

I'm in need of a replacement cooktop. My constraint is space and based on my research I can fit one of these appliances: Gaggenau CX491610 $5,499, Thermador CET366TB $1, 899 or Thermador CIT365TB $3,200.

I'm replacing an electric Gaggenau that's 10 years old and have a dealer nearby. It would be nice to get a Gaggenau as it would coordinate with most of the other appliances, but I don't want to make a final decision based on matching.

I know both companies are part of Bosch group but is Gaggenau that much better to demand the additional cost? I will also need new cookware if I switch to induction, which is a consideration but I think I can justify the price to go with the best (as we are real foodies!!) but I'm just not sure if it's worth it.

Is there a clear winner on the best product?

And what's the best product for the money?

Hoping to avoid a big regret.

Thank you!!
