My pool builder is taking care of all the permits. I’m in central Florida. I’ve heard the permits can run a month or even more where I live. Some places are much easier. I would ask the pool builders or call your local city or town and see how long things usually run. Good luck!

Your GC or pool builder should get this. Include permits in the contract. There are general permits, electrical permits, plumbing permits, fencing rules, etc.
