Small bedroom layout

I am in the process of renovating the upstairs in my Victorian and creating two small bedrooms for my children. My contractor has given me four options for the bedroom on the right side of the attached photos. My only goal is to have a room that comfortably fits a bed and desk/dresser and doesn't feel too cramped. Do any of these options seem better than the others? FYI, the space just below the knee wall on the right side of the bedroom is a dormer window.

When you look at a floor plan, it is hard to get a feeling for just how low that attic ceiling is going to be. It would be interesting to take these plans and draw a line at where the ceiling goes below 6’ in height. Anything below that height is going to be hard to live in and would be preferable to use for closet and casement furniture area. You might not want to have beds under low ceiling height for comfort reasons.

There seems to be a large wide hall that is not space well used. Is that a bonus room, or am I reading through a transparent sheet of paper?

The last one. Desk is in the light, you don't enter at the side of a bed and it has closet. More advice if you simply draw the space and add DIMENSIONS
