Lots of possibilities - birds, squirrels, mice, rats, even turtles. Foe me squirrels is the most common. Browse through some of the many previous discussions here on "what's eating my tomatoes" for even more possibilities.

Unfortunately only you will be able to discover what all is lurking around the garden.

I would also add slugs and snails to that list, specially with low lying fruit, although snails can climb to rather startling heights!!

If that was my garden it would most likely be chipmonks, second culprit racoons, followed by skunks, groundhogs and possums in that order.

Restricted to low hanging fruit? The damage is typical of box turtles.

One thing to note - given their color and consistency they could have easily been picked several days, if not a week ago when they reached color break stage and finished ripening indoors. That way such problems are avoided.
