If the plant is healthy, and the leaves aren't dying, I would just let fuzz be fuzz and not worry about it.

I just noticed my flowers seem to be dieing as well! But they had actual webbing on them...

Webbing is different than normal fuzzy stems. Spider mites also cause stippling on the leaves as they suck on the plant.

Good to know! Would sprinkling any of the veggie plant dust or some homemade solution, help keep it healthy and problem free or is it unnecessary? I need to tie it up but Im still learning! This is my 1st plant... :)

Best strategy is to treat a real problem. If everything is fine why go sprinkling dust?

If you ever see actual fine webbing get a magnifier and look for mites instead of wondering what might be present.

Spiders of course are usually big enough to see with the naked eye. And do not suck plant parts, are beneficial garden denizens. Except for the very few kinds that happen to be dangerously poisonous to humans.

I tried to upload a picture 2x... it wont load. The under part of my tomatos are turning dark brown.. and the leaves look wilted.
