My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My first time growing this one. Already second flush since getting it from the June RUL sale and it is even still in it's pot.
You guys were right. The fragrance, color and form on this Rose is divine.
