My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Before and After!

Finishing up the office. Side tables, decorating book shelves and art on wall coming soon. Thanks, Houzz, for the built in inspiration. Also, do y’all think I should get a rug to match better?

It's looking great, so far. I happen to like the color of your rug! It goes well with the rest of the room and picks up some of the book colors.
