My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

im considering buying this model for $75. Good deal? Ad says seldom used but I think it’s “old“ b/c I couldn’t find a single one on eBay to assess whether a good deal.

i enjoy doing home decor items and so far have gotten by using the zigzag stitch to do edges. Is this a good deal, and more importantly, is it easy to use? I get into sewing spurts, don’t do it daily. Thanks for your help.

    Oops, you're right! They should change the main description, and awful pricey for a plate!

    So then $75 sounds good. Sergers can be a bit pricey. If it's in good condition, it's probably a good deal. I think they're easy to use. Didn't take me long to figure out how to use one. Probably the worst part is threading it, but that gets easier the more you do it.
