Depending on fig cultivar generally they take about 80-90 days from when they appear on plant there are exceptions if weather suddenly turns cold late in season which extend the ripening period.

Long season types such Black Madeira have a longer ripening period which can be 120 days in some area's such as the one i grown them in.

It looks like that it will ripen portion of it, not sure where you are, I live near ocean coast where cool summer, If you are far away from coast with hotter summer, It will ripen with better taste.

Problem for PNW with cool summer, At October, day temps fall below 60F, with rain season, both causing fig taste bland.

I planted "Desert king" and " Italian honey" in ground 2 years ago, "Desert king" have ripened 80+ sweet figs so far, while Italian honey had 20+ breba sweet figs and may be 20+ main figs.
