Does anyone grow pea sprouts? I found some old snow pea seeds and it got me to thinking about it. I already grow sprouts in jars, so having a small tray of pea sprouts to add to my chopped salads would be nice, I think. I hear they are delicious, and work well in stir-fries too.

Somewhere I read that you can grow the pea vines up a trellis and just cut the small tips off as they branch, so they keep producing sprouts, but they won't produce peas.
