Got a monstera cutting in April, rooted it in water, transplanted to a pot successfully.

3 leaves have emerged since, all of them with issues: 2 scarred leaves & one just hasn't developed (see photos).

When first transplanted to soil I kept the soil very moist for a couple of weeks, thinking this could prevent a shock after being moved from 100% water. Could this be an issue with overwatering?

Something else?
