I planted St. Augustine sod in June. I got out all the old grass and some dirt and brought in compost an inch thick. A week before installing sod i used a pre emergent. Installed the sod and about 2 weeks ago this starts growing every where. It has a very thick base almost like celery. You can see in the photos the large clumps in the yard. What is it and what do i do about it.
