Hi there! Hoping I could get some advice on my formal dining room. We are looking to paint in this room to start getting some color in the house. It’s the first of many rooms that will be painted. This room is rarely used but as you can see is right at my front door so want it to look nice with a nice pop of color. The 2 colors we are going between are Dior Grey or Philipsburg Blue by Ben Moore. My question is how would you all section off this room? Are two tone walls still a thing? My plan is to just paint the entire thing one color on both sides of the chair rail. Also, would you stop prior to the arch that leads to my entry foyer or would you paint the entire arch? I planned to stop just before the wall niche on the opposite side. Thanks for any bit of advice you all can offer!
