Moved into a row house that has a lowered and slightly awkward entryway (old vestibule was not kept) and no coat closet. It’s an extra challenge during rain and snow when walking dog, coming home, having lots of guests over since the tiled area is super small. Any suggestions?

- How to elegantly cover 6 small windows on the front door for privacy?
- Want a place for about 20 shoes and maybe a few coats
- Want it to feel comfortable and welcoming (the media cabinet is there as a place holder where we throw our shoes on top of our printer and dog leashes etc but it’s a mess)
- avoid clutter, open floor plan shows everything all the time
- Where to put bikes? We can’t store outside, unfortunately.
- I was thinking of a bookcase on right side and am open to keeping hats/gloves there if it makes sense.

I feel like I am so close, but not quite there. Was considering hiring a designer but we had a surprise roof leak so thought I would try to reach out here for help (first time). Let me know if you need additional pictures.
