It looks like a great space - you must be really pleased!
In terms of sofa positioning, maybe I’m missing something but I don’t see why you don’t have space for a sofa to face the tv. You have the sofa below the tv which, if it was turned around and moved back, it would give you the space? You might need to return the other sofa to the garden though! The tv is very high for comfortable viewing from a sofa but prob good for viewing from the kitchen! I guess it depends on what you want the seating area to be used for - tv viewing or for social purposes.

I think add to the TV wall? But I don’t know how too? There isn’t enough space to have to Sofa the other way because of the island.... Di I go sofa or seating area? With chairs?

I agree with Tamp75 about the tv being too high. I would consider shelving around the tv and/or a sideboard or wall hung units below. Google 'IKEA credenza hack' which uses kitchen wall units (shallower) hung low on the wall with a fitted top which could be the same as your kitchen work surface or a contrasting material. Lots of different versions online but a nice oak coloured top would provide some warmth you're looking for.

In terms of the seating arrangement, I would place a two seater where you have pushed your two garden chairs together to enjoy the view of the garden and TV. If you think you need more seating the stools under the tv idea below could work nicely. Best of luck. Wish I had this lovely space to play with.

I hope you don't mind me saying this but atm there is a slight office-like feel to the place, probably exaggerated by the fact the photos are taken at nighttime.

Some diffused lighting in the form of table and or floor lamps can create a more homely atmosphere, together with soft furnishing like rugs and other texture.

Great space. Have you thought about reversing your dining and seating areas? We have open plan too and I always think it makes more sense to have the table nearer to the kitchen

tv in front of window is an option. I’ve never tried it but it could work?

I think all the answers you have had a pretty spot on.

I would get rid of the sofas and possibly change to two chairs facing the tv seperatied with a nice round side table as shown in the picture

I would then encase the wall with a floor to ceiling unit/shelving. I feel this would offer extra storage and showcase some nice coloured glassware, books etc.

Instead of looking at it like a tv problem I would look it like A wall problem.

Ask yourself

What do want to feel when I look at that space?

Do i want to feel calm? Thought provoked? Homely and catch up with the outside world(hence TV)

Personally I would make it a feature wall and hang some thought provoking art.

Something that gets your quests talking every time they are in the kitchen.
