what do you get when you order a quantity of 1

this is a panel. the panel size if 60" X 48". I want one panel so how do I order? The item is priced by the yard and I want 48" (One Panel). I appreciate your help.

Unfortunately, we no longer have this exact pattern. We have two different KY fleece panel fabrics in stock currently.

If neither of these is listed on the Houzz website, you can just order the one you have up and let me know which one you prefer between these two and we can process it for that.
