My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this pergola wood or vinyl? Who built it?

    The pergola is cedar, primed and stained white. The columns are poly-fiber. This and all of the fences on the property were constructed by New England Woodworkers.

      wondering what the estimated cost of this project would be? I have new lot in a baseball diamond shape that I'm not putting a pool in, but its just too large to do only landscaping.

      Hi Lee: The pergola, in New England, is made of cedar and likely prices out at about $12,500 -14,000. The terrace of brick and bluestone is about 192 square feet and would be about $4,000-4,500. Are you located in this area? Thank you, Sean

      I am not sure of the exact color and type of the stain - white or slightly off-white. New England Woodworkers (Tim Thompson) built the pergola and did all of the staining. They have a white that I think is from Benjamin Moore. You can reach out to him on their website. Thank you, Sean
